Day 4

Day 04 - A picture of your favorite night.

Homecomings in general are my favorite. The night before was the coolest high school tradition I have been introduced to while MHS. TPing with my girls has always been a blast and all eight sleepovers, parties, and "road trips" are some of the best nights of my life. (:

NOW:

This will be one picture that changes every time I think about this project.  I have wayyyy too many favorite nights. There is no easy answer to this question... so I will just have to say that any night with my freinds or family or doing something I love is my favorite night.

Surprise! (:

Today I did the coolest thing I think I have ever done for Erynn... I lied to her :)

Let me explain..

I was originally supposed to go to Dexter with the cooking kids on a field trip and I was REALLY looking forward to it... but then I realized it was on the same day as Erynn's last day of camp... Uh-oh. I decided to go to Emporia because I would never get this opportunity to see my sister at her first cheer camp again. But, before she left on Monday, Erynn believed I had to work and wouldn't be there... :)

Mom let me drive to Emporia.. and we all know how much I LOVE the turnpike! Even though I had to wake up at six-something when I had gone to bed at two-something because I was over at James', it was still the best drive ever. We got to Emporia and we were terribly lost and I know the campus quite well after cheer and StuCo camp there...so it was bad. Thankfully we found a couple other moms to get lost with and eventually made our way to the rec center.

We walked in and immediately saw a few Mulvane girls. I put my finger to my lips so they wouldn't yell out my name and asked where my sister was. She was in the bathroom, so I hid outside of it until she came out.. then I snuck up behind her and tackled her. I got a big hug and called a not-so-nice name for not telling her. ;) It was all worth it though. The girls did fabulous and I was super happy to see my cheer girls from last year... I miss it horribly.

But maybe someday I can coach or dance again.. so it won't be out of my life forever (:
Not when my sister has four bright years ahead of her!

Beach Party Day.. oh do I miss it!

Football Ending, Basketball Beginning :D

So we lost to Topeka- Hayden last Saturday... but we are still Bi-District Champs!

Which means basketball starts soon!!!

We had competition on Wednesday and took home 6 trophies!! One for Routine Excellence, Cheer Technique, Overall Performence, Stunts, and Spirit and a big one for an Overall 1 Rating!!! We did quite awesome if I do say so myself. :D

Here's some pics!

Two of my favorite people ever :)

Senior Night!

Hey Everyone! So I stole the idea to start a blog from Ty's Mom and I want to use it to keep in touch with everyone when I leave for college. And i love it! It's like Facebook only I get to tell stories!

So Friday night was Senior Night at the football game! They recognized all of the fall senior athletes and band members before the game and the cheerleaders wore their senior jerseys on the track. It still hasn't sunk in yet. "Senior" still doesn't feel like my adjective yet. Part of the reason Senior night still hasn't hit me, and really didn't hit me that night either, is because we could probably have another home game. We won against Wellington! And we're "supposed" to have two piece-of-cake games in the next two weeks...so it looks like a play-off game or two for Mulvane! :)

So, hopefully, I receive my honors acceptance letter from KU soon! Even after applying, getting accepted, visiting, and signing my housing contract...I still can't believe I am going to attend KU next fall... and possibly be an honors student! I cannnnnnnooooooooot wait!

So my MOVIE RECOMMENDATION for the week is: The Back-Up Plan, starring Jennifer Lopez. It's very funny and my mom and I got a kick out of it. It's a cute romantic comedy with the funny blonde from Fired Up making awesome one-liners.

Here are some pics from Senior Night! More to come soon :)
